Hashini, Ashraff seal Gold in Kyrgyzstan

Triple Jumper Hashini Balasooriya and sprinter Mohammad Ashraff clinched gold medals at the Kyrgyzstan Open Athletic Championship that started at Bishek.

Hasihini, the training partner of SL record holder Vidusha Lakshani, leapt 12.93m to seal the Gold medal while Ashraff clocked seasonal best of 10.51 seconds to win the Gold medal in the 100m.

Triple jumper Atheetha Karunasinghe won the Silver medal with a leap of 15.74m.
