Kalinga Kumarage of Sri Lanka qualified to the 400m Men’s finals after placing third in 2nd Semi Finals

Kalinga clocked personal best of 45.99sec in Heats to enter Semi Finals. Muhammada Anas of india won the heat and Japanese Jullian Jumri placed second.
