Sri Lanka missed the National record in 4x400m by 0.03 seconds in Indonesia; as they finished 4th behind mighty Qatar, india and Japan. This is one of best performance of Sri Lanka in Athletics after many more years. Sri Lanka set the National record of 3.02.71sec way back in 2000 in Jakarta Indonesia and the todays performance of 3:02.74sec is a marginally a best out of lot.
