Nationals Head to Head – Aruna Dharshana to return after the injury

Men’s 400m has always provide stiff competition over the years. Aruna Darshana with personal best of 45.78 seconds will be the favorite to win the event but early year injury means he haven’t clocked even sub 47 seconds this year so far .

Asian Championship participant Ajith Premakumara haven’t been practicing for past two months due to personal reasons while former Champion Dilip Ruwan still not at his best.

Kalinga Kumarage , the other athlete with sub 46 seconds personal best also won’t be feature as he is serving a doping ban .
