USA announces team of 120 for Paris Olympics
|Olympic champions Valarie Allman, Ryan Crouser, Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone and Katie Moon are among the 120 athletes named on the US team for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games from 1-11 August.
Allman and Crouser will defend their titles in the discus and shot put respectively, while McLaughlin-Levrone will look for back-to-back wins in the 400m hurdles and Moon will seek another gold in the pole vault.
Noah Lyles will look to add an Olympic gold medal to his haul of six world titles when he contests the 100m, 200m and relay.
Other global medallists joining them on the team include sprinters Sha’Carri Richardson and Gabby Thomas, hurdlers Grant Holloway and Rai Benjamin, and hepathlete Anna Hall.
